Murder: Mrs Marlene Webber, 78, strangled to death with a towel in her garden-cottage, Kabega Park, Port Elizabeth
1 Sept 2015 - PORT ELIZABETH. Must be in the genes: Thandoxolo Vumazonke, an uncle of Sizwezakhe Vumazone, the suspected killer of Port Elizabeth teacher Jayde Panayiotou, appeared in the Port Elizabeth court on Monday.
Thandoxolo Vumazonke was arrested for the murder of 78-year-old Mrs Marlene Webber in July 2015. The elderly white lady was reportedly strangled to death with a towel inside her garden-cottage in Kabega Park.
Thandoxolo was arrested on Monday - the third suspect in the Marlene Webber murder. He will reappear in the same courtroom on 8 September 2015 for a bail application.
His legal counsel Deon Coetzee confirmed to the news media that Thandoxolo is the uncle of Sizwezakhe Vumazonke - who is in custody together with Mrs Panayiotou's husband Chris for her murder, reported
