The National Head of the Directorate For Priority Crime Investigation Lieutenant General Mthandazo Ntlemeza has welcomed the conviction adding that credit must go to the Hawks members whose hard work and attention will play a crucial role in securing hefty sentences when they are sentenced in April.

“In the same light, we hope that the victims and their families will derive strength from the fact that those who inflicted such a painful experience in their lives, stay in jail for a long time.”

Ndevu and Mlindisi will be sentenced on 20 April 2016.
