#HospitalGenocide: Culpible homicide trial for 2 black surgeons for death of patient James Swart, 63: Pretoria Academic Hospital

#BringBackTheWhitePeople: 96 percent of all the so-named 'White" South Africans are barred from the job-market in South Africa under the ANC's more than 115 anti-white racelaws. Afrikaner children, children, pensioners and adults suffer from this deliberate policy of barring their wage-earners from jobs, and many of these families hide themselves away in tiny squatter camps in South Africa. They have no right to work, no rights to earning an income and no rights to get food-aid from charities: we are in desperate need of donations for food, vegetables, clothing, baby clothes, medicine, blankets and tents. The ANC government does not help: in fact the ANC-regime has also made laws which prohibit private and public charities and donor-charities from helping whites If they do, the ANC will cancel their non-profit registration with the government. More than 15-million black poor people get help from the government and from private charities in South Africa. But only very few charities dare to donate to help these Afrikaner squatters because of their fear of this law. Foreign charities and private donors are free to chose where they can send their money and their aid in South Africa This is a very desperate situation please help. We need assistance

Culpible homicide trial for two black surgeons in the death of patient James Swart, 63: Pretoria Academic Hospital surgeons on trial for culpible homicide for death of James Swart, 63
reported by Tshegofatso Ngobeni -- 29 March 2016 - PRETORIA magistrate's court: Prof Letlhogela Ntlhe and Dr Mpho Sandamela, two surgeons from the academic hospital, will be appearing in the Pretoria Magistrate’s court next Tuesday on charges of culpable homicide.
Ntlhe and Sandamela face culpable homicide charges after an inquest found that the two surgeons had been negligent, failing to identify a tumour near his kidneys which was causing high-blood pressure.
Their dead patient, James Swart (63) had gone to the hospital for an operation to remove a tumour 'near his kidneys' which was causing his high blood pressure.
(The journalist did not mention the date of Mr Swart's death at the academic hospital). Swart had phoned his Lillian at 07:00 saying, “I am going in now, I will see you later.”
The following day, Swart’s family was given 15 minutes to say what ended up being their last goodbyes to him as he lay unconscious.
The media report stated that Lillian said "her husband was given a CT scan on the basis that both doctors informed him he had a tumour on one of his adrenal glands which was causing his blood pressure.
"Two experts, a state pathologist and a specialist surgeon who investigated the cause of death, had found that simple urine and blood tests would have shown the existence of a tumour."
-- A Gauteng department of health spokesman, Steve Mabona said the 'government department was representing the two surgeons in court."
“We are supporting them because from our side, 'they were only doing their yob'. We are defending them in court and we will await the outcome of the court,” Mabona said.
An enquiry had been sent to the health professionals council of SA (HCPSA) and the national prosecuting authority (NPA) for comment. None had been received yet.

(*THERE HAVE BEEN widespread reports of maltreatment and deliberate neglect of poor-white patients in public hospitals throughout South Africa. In particular, the poor-white South Africans often also are maltreated because they cannot afford to pay for private care and often also do not have the ability to lodge timely formal complaints, fearing that they will endanger their seriously ill relatives during treatment...

Often, municipal ambulances have also refused to transport injured poor-white traffic victims to hospitals, which even led to deaths...(attached: original report dd 1 Dec 2013: Mrs Sarah Bezuidenhout died in her miserable shack in Protea South, suffering from malnutrion-related disease - and the municipal ambulance which was summonsed refused to take her to hospital 'because she was too dirty'..

-- Also at same hospital: Nearly died from medical maltreatment: Mrs Ronel Hayes, nearly died from infection after caesarian delivery: filthy conditions at Pretoria Academic Hospital
Report by journalist Danielle Garrett:
2 Feb 2015: Mrs Ronel Hayes nearly died because of negligence and the filthy conditions: after undergoing an emergency Caesarean in Pretoria ("Steve Biko") academic hospital.
Ronel Hayes was 40 weeks pregnant when she and her fiancé rushed to the Steve Biko Hospital earlier this month. Due to complications, doctors opted for an emergency Caesarean.
Hayes went home three days later with several stitches and a healthy baby girl, but three days later she started feeling unwell and ended up back in Steve Biko.
It was determined that her Caesarean wound was infected and she received medication for nausea and pain throughout the night. Her stitches were also removed during this time, but without the proper medical equipment.
“On the one side it was done by hand. I was vomiting blood and in so much pain,” Hayes said. The next morning she was informed by a doctor that her Caesarean wound was infected and it had to be operated on to remove the infected areas.
“I was told I couldn’t drink any water due to the anaesthesia and received antibiotics through a drip.
”She didn’t receive any medical attention throughout the rest of the day and was told to be patient because emergency room cases were first priority.
After days of waiting, the hospital performed a urine test, which indicated that she had a serious bladder infection.“A staff member with whom I was not familiar told me that due to the congested emergency room, I had one of two options, I could either wait four to five days for my operation or go home with my open wound and have someone clean it every day.”
Hayes decided to go home and is currently staying with her parents, who help her get around during the day and clean her wound.
-- Also: Nearly died: Mrs Liezel du Toit Steyn: no help from staff while giving birth at the Pretoria District Hospital amidst filthy conditions:
In a similar episode, Liezel du Toit Steyn experienced poor service at the Tshwane District hospital seven months ago.
Du Toit Steyn went into labour, but was told by hospital’s staff that her labour was premature and she ended up giving birth to her son without any assistance from the hospital staff.
“The service there was pathetic, the toilets were soiled, rotten and there was blood on the floor. There was no clean water available,” recounted Du Toit Steyn.
Both Hayes and Du Toit Steyn said both these government hospitals "were in a dire state" and they urged the government to act.
