Armed Robbery: Mt. Moreland - Kwazulu Natal
Six armed robbers held up a female at her Mt. Moreland residence a short while ago, tied her up & fled with valuables.
The suspects gained entry into a home in Bond Street, Mt Moreland in Kwazulu Natal, pointed firearms & bound a females hands and feet before ransacking her home. A nieghbour who heard her scream contacted Reaction Unit South Africa.
The suspects were described as neatly shaven, well attired, fluent english speaking african males. 2 flat screen televisions, a safe containing jewelry & a Mercer laptop were amongst the goods stolen. A ring belonging to the victim was handed back to her by the suspects upon her request.
A silver unknown make of vehicle & two white panel vans were seen in the area, however it could not be confirmed if it was used by the suspects as a getaway vehicle.
