I received a report about a farmer who was attacked in his house (Koster Road) on Tuesday night at about 23:00. According to the report he was shot through the window in the stomach which injured his intestines and shattered his hip.
When the suspects gained entry into the house they attacked him with a machete and injured his hand. His wife and children are unharmed except for being severely traumatised.
God be with the family and we trust he will make a full recovery. Thank God he survived the gruesome attack!
