Incident on a farm in the Sannaspos area outside Bloemfontein, Free State. Whilst the residents were away, suspects gained entry to the house and the houses weapons safe before setting the house alight. A worker phoned the farmer to let him know his house was on fire whereby the community reacted to the incident.

BLOEMFONTEIN - Marius Steyl (50), wat met beeste en skape boer, sy vrou, Hannetjie (50), en twee kinders, Wihan (23) en Minette (18), het saam met sy ouers, Hansie en Ella Steyl, by sy suster, Elmari Crouse, in Cullinan, Sentraal-Transvaal gekuier toe daar ingebreek is, sy wapens uit die kluis gesteel en die plaashuis vermoedelik deur die rowers afgebrand is.
