Wed-18-May-16 Carole Lotz has for the past 3 days had a problem with 4 suspects using dogs attempting to capture some of her cattle. They have been operating between the hours of 6am - 9am and again from 4pm to 8pm. It is believed they are operating out of the Platfontien area (NC, Frances Baard District, Sol Plaatje Municipality, Platfontien area, MGRS 35J KJ 62277 22826)
