Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Members of Parliament have been forcibly removed from the National Assembly chamber again.
There was more drama in Parliament on the day when President Jacob Zuma answered questions in the House.
EFF members were violently ejected by Parliamentary Protection Officers after loudly disrupted proceedings, insisting that President Zuma not be allowed to continue his quarterly question and answer session.
Scuffles ensued as EFF MPs fought back as they were pushed shoved to the door, singing “Senzeni Na”.
EFF leader Julius Malema was among those shouting, “Zuma is the one who must go.”
EFF’s Mbuyiseni Ndlozi shouted: “We have done nothing wrong, the first person who has done something wrong is the one who has broken an oath of office.”
Following the violent altercation, parties including the UDM and DA said a better system was needed to deal with these incidents.
Today’s drama comes in the wake of the Western Cape High Court dismissing an application from the EFF, which wanted Speaker Baleka Mbete interdicted from physically ejecting EFFs members from the chamber.

The house was debating the situation in Vuwani‚ Limpopo‚ where violent protests have seen more than 20 schools destroyed.
House chairperson Angela Thoko Didiza tried to call the EFF politicians to order several times‚ but Malema inisted they would only let Van Rooyen speak once he explained his trip to Dubai.
“This matter has cost the country R500-billion. He must be ashamed to stand here and speak to us‚” Malema declared.
