Homeowner shot a 25 Y.O male home invader at approx 05h00AM on Monday in Tarlton.
Intrusion detection alarm activated & home owner got up & asked domestic worker’s boyfriend to help him inspect premises.
Upon inspecting one of the rooms they were confronted by a perp with a knife. Homeowner fired several shots wounding the perp in upper body.
Nothing was stolen during the incident however several bags were already packed by the perp.
The suspect’s accomplice allegedly fled the scene by foot.
Injured perp is in hospital under police guard.
