#ATTACK: Bishopscourt couple critical after attack by three black knifemen


Cape Town - A Briar Road, Bishopscourt couple are in critical condition after they were stabbed multiple times by knifemen on Tuesday 19 April 2016
Police spokeswoman Noloyiso Rwexana said: the unidentified couple aged 40, and  42, "were in a critical condition." She described it as a 'robbery'. She did not say what was 'robbed'.
Derek McMahon, of the Bishopscourt Village Residents Association, confirmed the vicious attack by three black males.
The Newlands Community Forum (NCF) said three men forced their way onto the property with a chisel-type instrument and were met by the homeowner’s son and his girlfriend.

A white Ford Bantam bakkie with a white canopy, damaged right front side panel and scratched front bumper with ‘Construction Vehicle’ printed front and rear is being sought.”

☆ Meanwhile, in Southfield, a 68-year-old man was stabbed at his home yesterday morning. ER24 spokesman Russel Meiring said he had two minor stab wounds.
