SCHAGEN – A man is recovering in hospital after being shot twice during a farm attack.
Police confirmed that three suspects attacked the couple and robbed them of their Toyota Fortuner and other valuables such as cellphones.
According to Sgt Gerald Sedibe, provincial police spokesman, no arrests have been made yet. “One of the victims was shot in this hip and taken to hospital, but is in a stable condition. The woman escaped unscathed,” Sedibe said. The incident happened at around 19:00 yesterday.
The vehicle was apparently recovered in the Malalane area. More information will be published as soon as it becomes available.
