REMOVE MAGISTRATE MSWALAZI FROM THE CASES AGAINST CORNELIA ERASMUS JR AND Her COUSIN HERMAN DEWET
Cornelia Erasmus Jr , the 17year old daughter of the Boer political prisoner, Cornelia DeWet, has been falsely accused of assaulting a fellow student while at school. Not only is the school unaware of any such incident, neither is the "victim" The police charged her at the instigation of Magistrate Godfrey Mswalazi, the same black magistrate who denied her mother bail four years ago, resulting in a 21 month prison term before eventually being granted. .
Similarly, her cousin, 18year old Herman Dewet, has had Hit and Run charges brought against him at the behest of the same magistrate . which, again, are totally fabricated in a concerted attempt to to force Cornelia DeWet to plead guilty to the specious charges levelled against her : even if it means the destruction of two bright young lives in the process.
Cornelia Erasmus, an Honour student, has already been stripped of her privileges at school, but who, along with her cousin Herman, shares hopes and dreams for their respective highly promising futures..
WE MUST NOT LET THE HATRED ONE BLACK MAGISTRATE HOLDS FOR THEIR MOTHER AND AUNT DESTROY THESE DREAMS
