07h20. Hannetjie and Reaction Unit still in the veld. We contacted the South African Police Service. No sign that
they've shown up yet. Spoke to the teacher at school: children are safe in their class rooms. Lawrence
Jordaan of Silver Creek said she heard that the local community has captured three of the black gunmen and
that Mr Jordaan traced a fourth one from his aircraft and circled above him so that the local community can
catch him too. The South African Police Service still is not in sight. We cannot confirm who was caught and
how many. Be aware of a group of heavily-armed black males.
Report at 07h57: the police have shown up and searching for the gunmen where Mr Jordaan had already
spotted one from the air. No confirmation that any of the four have been captured.
The PPS is enroute with tracker dogs, thank you Quitin and Shaun.
08h21: Quintin is also arranging a chopper. I have kept Brigadeer Marx informed about the report and he now is
at the scene and talking to Hannetjie (Grobbelaar).
He has asked the Potchefstroom police airwing to help search and they are enroute.
Shaun of the PPS unit 's dogs have caught the scent on the spoor and they found the place where the
