Last night at around 21:00 EMER-G-MED attended to a house robbery gone wrong in Lyttleton. One suspect was shot by the homeowner and succumbed to his injuries on scene.
The homeowner was wounded critically and was transported to a nearby hospital along with his wife who also sustained moderate injuries in the series of unfortunate events.
SAPS is currently investigating the matter.
